Application process
Families in need of toy assistance must submit a Family Toy Request at the nearest Approved Non-Profit Organization. Visit the website for more information.
Donations can be dropped off any time during October through December at the Picatinny Arsenal Visitors Center in Dover, or through partner agencies.
