Call to schedule an appointment (no walk-ins). New patients must arrive a half hour before the actual appointment.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid/HMOs/DMOs/PPOs. A sliding scale fee system (based on income) is also available for self-pay patients. Clients must have proof of income to be eligible for sliding scale.
