Description
Acquires and develops substandard housing and rehabilitates it for low, moderate and middle income households. The agency has restored and built 37 homeownership units and 63 rental units. The program manages each of the rental units including all matters regarding leasing and property maintenance. Property management services for third party-owned properties are also provided.
