Gloucester County residents ages 60 years or older. For the summer fan assistance program, applicants must have a Pharmaceutical Assistance for the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) card.

Offers information and assistance to senior citizens who are unable to actively provide for themselves. Assistance can only be provided once a year. Services include but are not limited to: Emergency assistance for food, utilities and fuel, clothing, and life-sustaining prescriptions, home visits, Information and advocacy, Emergency funds crisis situations.
