Eligibility
Families with children, up to age 21, who have emotional/behavioral disorders, substance use issues, or a developmental/intellectual disability. Applicants must reside in Monmouth County and be in crisis. Most often responds to the child's home but will respond to a community location of the family's choice. Services are provided by CPC in coordination with the NJ Children’s System of Care.

Provides immediate support for youth and families in the midst of a crisis. Focuses on families experiencing issues related to a youth’s emotional/behavioral concerns, substance use, or an intellectual/developmental disability. Also assists families struggling to access community resources. Services are aimed at ensuring an individual's safety and well-being, and providing support within the home and/or community setting.

Delivers mental health, substance abuse, special education, and physical health services through an integrated care system. Provides various services, such as: outpatient and in-home counseling, addiction recovery for teens and adults, medication-assisted treatment, ambulatory withdrawal management, integrated physical and mental health care coordination, anger management, mental health support groups, Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), integrated case management, supported housing, supported employment, High Point Elementary and Adolescent Schools, children's mobile response, and school-based support services.
