Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Have a Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) card;
- Be ages 65 or older, with annual income of less than $26,575 (single person) or $32,582 (married persons);
- Have no current dental insurance or Medicaid benefits
