Open to residents age 60 and older or residents with eligible disabilities who have no other means of transportation within a 5-mile radius of Clifton.

Transportation: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Application process
Call the Outreach Office to schedule transportation. First rides begin at 8:30 a.m.; passengers must be ready for return trips by 3:30 p.m.
Fees
$2.00 one-way trip or $4.00 round trip.
