Substance abuse women are eligible for services during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth.

Provides comprehensive case management services and recovery support services to pregnant or post-partum women who are addicted to any type of substance abuse. A comprehensive Case Management Assessment is developed that addresses life domains such as housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational, employment, health care and family strengths/needs.
