Eligibility
Youth, ages 16 to 18 years old, who are:
- Officially withdrawn from high school;
- A citizen or legal resident of the United States and New Jersey;
- A volunteer, free from legal involvements (such as probation, parole, or any pending court matters), and free from use of illegal drugs or substances
