Eligibility

Youth, ages 16 to 18 years old, who are:
  • Officially withdrawn from high school;
  • A citizen or legal resident of the United States and New Jersey;
  • A volunteer, free from legal involvements (such as probation, parole, or any pending court matters), and free from use of illegal drugs or substances

Provides a no-cost, structured residential and mentorship program for youth who have dropped out of school or are at risk of not completing high school. Combines academic instruction, leadership development, life skills, job skills, physical fitness, community service, and a disciplined training environment.
