Eligibility

Youth, ages 16 to 18 years old, who are:

Officially withdrawn from high school;
A citizen or legal resident of the United States and New Jersey;
A volunteer, free from legal involvements (such as probation, parole, or any pending court matters), and free from use of illegal drugs or substances

Photo ID, birth certificate, proof of residency, academic records, completed application
