Eligibility
Undocumented immigrants who do not have Legal Permanent Resident status for five years who are aged 65 or older, blind, permanently disabled, pregnant, under 21 years old or a caretaker relative of children under age 19 may apply if the have had a recent medical emergency.

An application must be made within three months of the date of the emergency to be considered for coverage under this program.
