Adult Acute Partial Hospital | Hunterdon Health - Hunterdon Behavioral Health

Offers intensive outpatient treatment services for adults due to mental health problems, and for whom traditional outpatient mental health services are less than sufficient to achieve stability. The program acts as an an alternative or "step-down" from inpatient hospitalization. Specific programs are tailored to the needs of the young adult, the older adult, and individuals actively preparing to return to work. Patients are provided 6 1/2 hours of treatment each weekday and are expected to attend treatment session. Partial hospital program include family therapy, group psychotherapy, individual psychotherapy, medication management, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, and substance abuse services for mental health clients.
