Eligibility
Available to honorably discharged veterans going through hardships relating to either mental health and/or substance abuse or financial difficulties and facing homelessness. Accepts referrals for eligible individuals from the Veterans Administration, veterans' organizations, homeless shelters, social service agencies, and self-referrals.

Offers a 95-bed transitional housing facility to assist veterans who are going through a difficult time. Services include individual and group mental health therapy and counseling, transitional housing for 3 to 9 months that typically ends in graduation to permanent housing, recovery services for individuals experiencing substance abuse and mental illness, case management, access to employment opportunities, and more.
