Eligibility
General vanpool services are open to the public. To qualify for subsidies, individuals must operate a 7- to 15-seat van with a minimum occupancy of 50%. A 7-seat van must have at least 4 riders; a 15-seat van must have at least 8 riders. Vans must be leased from a NJ Transit-approved provider.

Fees
$175/mo to every vanpool, on an ongoing basis. Additional $150/mo fee if the vanpool uses the HOV lane on the NJ Turnpike between Exits 11 and 14 during 6:00 am - 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
