- Unable to make their mortgage payments.
- At risk for foreclosure already in a foreclosure
- At risk of eviction

Provides a service available to people who are unable to make their mortgage payments and are at risk of losing their homes through foreclosure, or who are already in the foreclosure process. Counseling is also made available to renters that will guide them on how to approach discussions with their landlords on dealing with their rent situation.
