Eligibility
Available to individuals and families, ages 18 years old or older, who have been diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis according to DSM criteria, have psychiatric symptoms severe enough to interfere with functioning in two or more areas of life.

Provides individual and families group therapies, support groups, illness management recovery, substance abuse education, case management, and medication monitoring. Staff are available to help consumers to access public transportation to and from the program additionally offering limited transportation to consumers who do not have other means.
