Open to individuals, ages 21 and older, with severe to profound intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Applicants must be funded by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Description

Provides a day program designed to meet the physical and intellectual needs of individuals with severe to profound intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals receive assistance and training in toileting, eating, activities of daily living and hygiene skills. The program serves individuals with complex medical needs, and a full-time nurse is on site. Monitoring medical issues is a pertinent part of all programming at the center.
