Eligibility
Open to youth under 18 in the service area involved in family crisis incidents, status offenses, school-related behavioral crises, or at-risk/pre-delinquency behaviors.
Required documents
Photo ID of youth and guardian, court referral or incident report, school or probation documentation, consent forms for diversion services, behavioral or incident reports.
Hours
Referral Intake 24 hours per day, 7 days a week

Accepts referrals via community intake screening and law enforcement.
