Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly, blind, or disabled adults, age 18 or over, who live in the community. The Division of Social Services is the legally designated office to investigate concerns about elderly, disabled, or blind person. Division staff have participated in at least 90 hours of training specifically related to Adult Protective Services.
