Assesses and addresses the needs of the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population incarcerated for non-violent offenses through the Bridge program. This initiative offers mental health and non-mental health services upon release, collaborating with Gloucester County Jail and Community Providers for a smooth transition. Services include transition planning, free psychotropic medications, voluntary monitoring in the community for 3 to 6 months.
