Offers a home visitation program for low income first-time pregnant women in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Somerset Counties.  Provides support to new moms seeking help with having a healthy pregnancy, becoming good parents and providing their child the best possible start in life.  Home visits continue until the child is two years old.

Provides services for individuals in need of certified home health aides, therapists, social workers, and visiting nurses. Offers community immunization efforts, healing and health-promoting programs and other services that range from prenatal to end-of-life care whenever needed, without regard to social status or ability to pay.
