Eligibility
Available to older individuals who:
- Are unable to stay home alone during the day
- Want to interact with their peers and have fun during the day
- Have physical or cognitive limitations that require medical attention
- Require assistance with eating, toileting, bathing, dressing, and other daily life activities
- Take medications and/or need treatments on a regular basis.
- Need physiclal, occupational, and/or speech therapy.
