Supportive Housing Program | Community House at Saint Thomas
Eligibility
Open to individuals, ages 18 years of age and older, who have a chronic physical disability and meet the income limits set by HUD. Applicants must be mentally alert and self-directed.
In addition, all applicants must be able to self-evacuate in under three minutes and capable of spending 20 hours outside of the house involved in volunteer work, employment, or attending school/training.
