Eligibility

Open to adolescents, young adults, and adults, including LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, DUI/DWI referrals, and those with co-occurring disorders in the service area.

Required documents

Photo ID, insurance card, proof of income, referrals documents (court/DMHAS/DUI programs if applicable), medical mental health history forms, consent and intake paperwork.

Offers a time limited process (6 to 8 sessions) designed to set the groundwork for understanding the nature of substance use/abuse behavior, and to move toward a healthier life. Counseling is also offered for marital, adolescent, and life changes. Referrals to appropriate treatment will be provided, if necessary.
