Homeless and pregnant individuals, ages 13 to 20, recovering from substance abuse, and pregnant adolescents referred through the DCP&P or the Children's Initiative

Provides long-term residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women experiencing substance use disorders, mental health conditions, homelessness, trauma, abuse, or neglect. Allows mothers to reside with children up to age 5 while receiving trauma-informed treatment, recovery support, counseling, parenting education, life-skills training, and case management services.
