Honorably discharged war-zone returnees and their dependents. Veterans who are victims of military sexual trauma, regardless of their war-zone status, are also eligible for services.

Provides counseling and therapy services for war-zone returnees and their dependents. In additionally also provides advice and information regarding veterans' benefits and aid in filing claims. Counseling specialities include post traumatic stress disorder, readjustment counseling, bereavement counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, sexual trauma counseling, marriage and family counseling.
