Youth are admitted on to HSP as a step down from home detention or directly on to home supervision from Family Court

Provides intensive supervision, community service and case management to court involved youth while maintaining the youth with his/her family within the community where s/he can maintain school involvement/enrollment, seek or maintain employment, and have access to local social services. Lower level supervision program than home detention providing the same services except for the use of electronic monitoring devices.
