Provides clean, free syringes via a voucher program. Individuals in need of syringes, for a variety of reasons (e.g. intravenous drug use, hormone therapy, diabetes, etc.) are provided with a voucher they can use to redeem 10 unused, clean syringes at an on-site pharmacy.
