Application process
All applicants must obtain a referral from WIC, hospitals, social service agencies, police, etc., before calling the agency for assistance. Call to make an appointment. A written referral is required and presented to Madonna House Staff on appointment date. Referrals are accepted from local and county welfare departments, hospitals, social service organizations, the Visiting Nurse Association, professionals, schools, police departments, municipal courts, and churches.
