Open to parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral and/or emotional challenges. Youth Partnership is open to youth, ages 13 through 21, who have developmental disabilities or who are experiencing behavioral, emotional or mental health challenges.

Programs include: Peer support, Parents Anonymous support group, Support group for parents/caregivers of youth in the Juvenile Justice System, Parenting workshops, Youth Partnership support program for youth, ages 13 through 21 and Warm Line for parents and caregivers.
