Varies; based on needs (SNAP recipient, WIC, low income, SSI, disaster, etc.). Eligibility for USDA food is based on USDA requirements.

ID (for each member of household), proof of residency (copy of current lease or utility bill), child's birth certificate (if applicable), proof of income or eligibility (any 1 of the following for each adult member of household: federal tax return recent pay stub recent pension or disability letter Social Security, SNAPS, or welfare letter stating the amount to be received Medicaid card)

2nd and 4th Tues of the month 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
