Provides an eight-week summer program that combines life-skills education, mentoring and an incentive-based, paid work experience. Instruction is given in areas including: resume writing, workplace behavior, conflict resolution and drug and alcohol awareness while also completing specific tasks to maintain the grounds or to assist with camp activities.
