Provides counseling and referrals to primary healthcare agencies for individuals who are HIV positive. Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing services are also available.

Provides prevention and intervention services for both substance use and mental health. Additionally provides telehealth and tel-medicine for psychiatric treatment for co-occurring disorders and MAT for opioid addicted patients.
