Provides in person mentoring and an e-Mentoring Program is designed to support the personal and professional development of the at-risk youth trainees at Hopeworks via regular email contact with a mentor. The mentor will support the youths' own personal and professional goals, give the trainee valuable practice on their communications skills and provide invaluable professional contacts for the youth.
