Provides transitional housing support to aid in successful transitions from foster care to independent living. Groups meet weekly and provide case management and life skills training. Other services include: housing, home management, employment, communication, and advocacy skills training; money management; financial literacy; sexuality and safe sex information; transportation; mental health and healthcare; relationship building; nutrition and meal planning assistance; and goal development.
