Eligibility

1. Clients must be 18-years or older for adult programs 2. Diagnosis of substance abuse or dependence 3. Minimal risk of physical withdrawal 4. Psychiatrically stable 5. Biomedical conditions that are manageable within this level of care 6. Willingness to participate voluntarily in the program 7.Unable to maintain abstinence

Application process

Required Items and Documentation: 1. Birth Certificate 2. Social Security Card/Proof of Residency (Green Card) 3. Photo I.D. (preferably a government-issued I.D.) 4. Judgment of Conviction for all prior CDS offenses (obtained from current/past probation officer) 5. Non-refundable $100 admission fee (some exclusions apply)

Fees

The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and self pay with a sliding scale fee system available. State/County funding and the Fee for Service Initiative (FFS) are also available.

Provides short‑term, community‑based residential substance use treatment in a supportive, recovery‑oriented setting. Program is typically staffed by individuals in recovery and may include individualized recovery planning, 12‑step or other mutual support groups, substance use education, family support, recreational and social activities, and assistance accessing vocational and community services.
