Eligibility
Open to families whose children, 21 and under, have experienced an illness or condition that is not otherwise covered by insurance, state or federal programs, or other sources. Children must be a resident of NJ for a minimum of 3 months prior to incurred bills. Uncovered medical expenses must exceed 10% of family income, plus 15% of income over $100,000.
