Application process
Contact the service officer for assistance. Applicants should have the following documents ready when making the call:
  • DD Form 214
  • Service medical records (outpatient)
  • Dental records
  • Entrance and separation examination reports
  • Inpatient hospitalization records
  • Private outpatient medical records (if applicable)
  • Line of Duty investigation reports
  • Overseas or temporary duty orders.

Helps veterans and their family members understand and apply for Department of Veterans Affairs disability benefit claims. The program provides information about additional benefits, including employment and business support, death benefits, and education assistance.

Provides a muti service veteran organization which includes, advocacy, family support, financial assistance, housing assistance, employment services, and overall veteran  education and referral information.
