Eligibility

Open to families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless due to a significant event beyond their control, with a maximum gross annual income within 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI)

Provides a means to quickly move families into stable, individual housing units to stabilize families quickly and reduce the effects of the trauma of homelessness. Clients may be eligible for funding to pay for security deposits, rental assistance, utility deposits, moving costs. One year of intensive case management services is provided to support and stabilize families and move them towards self-sufficiency.
