Provides cancer outreach, education and screening to consumers in Camden County. Services include breast, cervical, colorectal, prostate, and lung cancer screenings. Services Included: Diagnostic testing for screening participants with abnormalities, Educational programs for the community, Emotional support, One-on-one counseling and case management services as needed, Patient Navigation and Transportation assistance. Also offers a free on-line symptom checker.
