Application process
Obtain a referral from a hospital, community agency, or other providers. Self-referrals are accepter.

Links individuals at-risk of postpartum depression to local and state PMD resources through a phone follow-up program. Resources include: counselors and therapists, mental health specialists, support groups, the NJ Speak Up When You're Down program, and other community services. Also provides education and information through hospitals or other healthcare providers. Direct mental health counseling is not provided.
