Offers comprehensive Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) primary medical and dental care for HIV positive clients, providing free and confidential rapid HIV testing, counseling, pediatric HIV and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) services, specialty medical care, prevention education, community outreach, medical case management, adherence counseling, psychosocial support, and nutrition services. Provides social services, financial eligibility assistance, support groups, community activities, and outpatient care where physicians follow registered patients, including hospitalization if required.
