Eligibility
Available to individual adults and families whose last permanent residence was in Essex County. Must be denied by DFAB. There will be no DFAB payment issued for placements to this shelter. In addition, applicants must be substance free.

Birth certificate, photo ID, proof of address, proof of employment, proof of guardianship, proof of homelessness, Social Security card/number
