Open to Essex County residents. Must be denied by DFAB. There will be no DFAB payment issued for placements to this shelter. In addition, applicants must be substance free.

Operates an emergency shelter in Montclair with a 23 bed capacity. The program offers additional supportive services to facilitate independence and self-sufficiency. Emergency shelter for individual adults and families whose last permanent residence was in Essex County is provided 365 days each year. Families are provided a private room, individuals are housed a dormitory style rooms by gender.
