Application process
Children must first be enrolled with the Elizabeth Board of Education to qualify for services. Registration dates and times for preschool students can be found by calling the Office of Early Childhood Education.

Provides full-day preschool education for Elizabeth residents at no cost. Children are provided time to play and socialize with other children, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Program continues through the summer months, to allow parents time to continue career or educational pursuits. Bilingual teaching services are available.
