Provides emotional support, be able to share their story, and connect with a community in these challenging times. Organized, informal social events like picnics and luncheons, community volunteer days, informational workshops, family outings, and gala events are available.
Providing organization
Crohn's and Colitis Foundation
Offers to provide support for individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) as well as hero's stories on how they handle the disease and how to transition to a healthy life. Also provides the Gut It Out Foundation to find a provider for each patient.
