Eligibility
Low income individuals and families who reside within the County. Income, household size, and resources determine eligibility. Also available to individuals that just lost their unemployment benefits, unemployed or part-time workers, seniors, and people with disabilities who meet income standards.
Required documents
Proof of citizenship, alien registration card or naturalization papers, proof of address, utility expense and shelter cost (lease, mortgage, etc.), proof of most recent earned and unearned income.

Offers food assistance to families with low incomes to help them buy groceries through a benefits card. The card is accepted in most food retail stores and some farmers markets. 10/27/25: SNAP benefits loaded on your Families First EBT card before October 31, 2025 will be available after November 1.
