Very low cost. While clients are expected to pay for most Public Defender services, clients are fully represented whether or not they can afford to pay.

Gives individuals access to apply for a Public Defender, as well as a directory of county Public Defender offices. Public Defenders can offer legal representation for: Criminal cases, Appeals, Parental rights cases (for both minors and parents), Juvenile defense, Drug cases, Sex offenders, Mental Health advocacy.
