Open to low income individuals and families who reside in the service area. Income, household size, and resources determine eligibility. Also available to individuals that just lost their unemployment benefits, unemployed or part-time workers, seniors, and people with disabilities who meet income standards.

The card is accepted in most food retail stores and some farmers markets. 10/27/25: SNAP benefits loaded on your Families First EBT card before October 31, 2025 will be available after November 1.
