Provides curb-to-curb transportation for older adults, adults with disabilities, and eligible rural residents to medical appointments, physical therapy, dialysis and radiation treatments, shopping, employment and educational activities, nutrition sites, and health and wellness programs. Requires reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
